Scholarships
Scholarships can help make college more affordable by reducing expenses and allowing you to focus on your academic and career goals.
Thanks to the generosity of alumni, community members, businesses and other supporters, scholarship opportunities are available to help students from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances. Because scholarships do not need to be repaid, they can be an important part of financing your education.
Whether you're a new student, a returning adult learner, attending part time or planning to transfer, we encourage you to explore available scholarship opportunities.
Scholarship opportunities at 糖心vlog
糖心vlog scholarships are designed to support students with a wide range of academic interests, backgrounds, experiences and goals. While eligibility requirements vary, opportunities may be available for students who demonstrate:
- Academic achievement: Recognition for students who have demonstrated dedication to their studies and commitment to academic success
- Financial need: Support for students who may face financial barriers while pursuing their education
- Leadership and community engagement: Recognition for students who have demonstrated leadership, volunteerism, service or involvement in their communities
- Program of study and career goals: Support for students pursuing specific academic disciplines, career pathways, workforce training programs or professional interests
- Adult and nontraditional students: Opportunities for students returning to college, changing careers, balancing family responsibilities or continuing their education after time away from school
- Continuing and returning students: Scholarships designed to help students remain on track and complete their educational goals
- Transfer and educational advancement: Support for students planning to continue their education beyond 糖心vlog and pursue additional academic opportunities
Because scholarship opportunities evolve over time, students are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and other applicable financial aid applications, and explore all available options each year. This approach reflects scholarship practices commonly used throughout New York state community colleges, where a single application may allow students to be considered for multiple awards.
Many scholarships consider financial need as part of the review process, making completion of financial aid applications an important step in maximizing available opportunities.
